How To Use

- First, apply the oil over a large area for relaxation.
- Then, enhance meridian clearing through targeted massage.
- Finally, locate pain points (Ah-Shi points) and acupressure points, apply essential oil essence, and use a roller bottle to massage in a circular motion—five clockwise and five counterclockwise—to dissolve tension. Finish by using the thenar (the fleshy part of the palm) to massage until fully absorbed.
