However, if you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped product, please send email to us with the photos of the defect or incorrectly shipped products and your order details.<\/p><p>Products that are defective or incorrectly shipped must be returned within seven (7) days of the return\/refund period (after the order arrived) but the product must be returned in an unused condition, in its original state with tags and packaging attached. The products must be return to us at your own cost.
